It was GO in which I had been between mum-ahd couple of times. The overall experience has been good. The flight experience was safe.
GO is simple and best. The service is spick & span, with little trouble or unneeded extravagance. Space between the seats are just comfortable.
The on land team of customer service also does a good job, hence coordination or contacting them becomes easier. People are responsive for all your needs.
Flight timings are a bit early on and many times u have to start or reach the airport at adhoc times.
Plush leather made seats pamper you in yhe flight and the ambience in the flight is also subtle and pleasent.
As they too are one in the many low cost carriers it would be good to see what they do differently to attract & retain customers.
i really dunno y the survey forces me to write more than 150 words. Its pretty simple when I hit next that im through with my comments and have nothing else to say. They could have weeded out incorrect post by simple text algorithms, but instead they choose this annoying error messaage. Anyways, im done with the 150 words now. :-)
