Have had a good experince of flying Mumbai - Delhi. Person who issued ticket wasquite courteous and helpfull. Guided me on the best flight and timing and price, very patiently. Check in counter person was excellent. Overall experince was Very good, so much so given a choice I would go for GO AIR as choice. No delyas, Prompt & Right info, very clear and upfront communication ( When I asked for First row, Esile seat, lady at the counter was very upfront in saying that " such seats preference is given first to Non - concessional tickets and if not taken then can be given". )
I think you have the potentail to be amongst the best airlines in India.
