Here is how the story starts!!! ( Hero of the story is a s/w engg from Bangalore, who got his 1 week vacation approved !!!)
1.He googles for a cheap ticket to Bangalore
2.He saw the GoAir logo every where, abd was redirected to their webpage
3.He trys to book the ticket on-line( Inspite of reading about their CHEAP service on mouthshut :-( )
4.After filling in the form he gets a server busy!!! error message, but he is brave harted, he won’t give up and tries again and again....every time he gets a new error message he never heard about. He got tired :-(
- He called them up to book the ticket over the phone, as he can’t speak decent hindi, he selects english in the IVR....but still lands in a hindi pool
6.He explains his net experience to the lady on the other end with his broken Hindi!!!, who puts him on hold after every sentence she speaks!!!
7.Atlast she promised him that she would help him to get the ticket booked and immediately puts him on hold for 17 min!!!
- She comes back and asks if the hero is still on the phone after being put on hold for 17 min!!!
9.She asks him for all his personal details, hero promtly answers all of them!!
10 Now comes the intresting part!!! She asked the hero to provide his credit card number...hero is bit hesitant now, and asked her why she need his credit card number with cvv number!!!??with which any one can go for online christmas shopping!!!!
11 Here is what the answer hero gets "" Don’t try to act too smart, u r not the 1st person travelling with GoAir, we are not cheaters, if we want to cheat, we can cheat you in many ways, so for I have taken more than 100 ppl credit card details and never cheated......Do u understand.....Buzz buzz"...
12.Line goes off at the other end.
Guys, if you have called up any pubs and bar’s in Mumbai to reserve ur seat, now a days even they are using automated IVR menus where in you don’t have to give out ur CC details, , , , , , and look at GOAir people, they want you to give out ur CC details to a guy at the other end and believe that he is not going to miss use it!!.....GoAir ......I HATE YOU.
