The trobule continues....once again its the sloppy response of the Customer Care executives. I doubt why do they call themselves CC executives when they are least bothered for customer problems.
I had a ticket booked b/w delhi-mumbai for 17 march, 06. Unfortunately they rescheduled the flights and it seems they would begin the delhi-mumbai sector form 3rd Apr(that too after revising the dates twice). I simply asked for the reimbursement of my fare which they promptly promised to do so in a week....but its been a month & theres been no action from their side. Ive been regularly following them but they simply dont bother!
If before taking a flight this is my experience then I wonder what would be the experience on flight. Well I am least bothered to save extra bucks....to me Convenience comes first. So I decided I am never gonna try this low cost airline.
For sure GoAir is going in a wrong direction....just waiting for some bigger professional to merge this low cost airline and make it a true professional carrier-both in air and on the ground!
