Go air will treat you like a beggar and will not help you. They have recruited staff from the corrupt police station. They will not a budge. They are most pathetic.
I had booked Go air ticket from Kolkata to Ahmedabad on 13/08/2013 via
pnr number D******
I showed to airline desk 1 hour before to get boarding pass. but due to some technical error my name was not there in pnr number at that time. I also tried to show my ticket on mobile. But they refused and sent me to their help desk for assistance.
I ran to their helpdesk and pleaded my helplessness but they denied any help and after some time they closed the counter. I requested repeatedly to Go air executives but they behaved very rudely and denied me boarding pass.
When I called there helpline number regarding cancellation of above pnr. They are saying that passenger status as been set as no show and we will refund Rs.647/- of total Rs.4900/- they even denied rescheduling I am totally shocked by the attitude and behaviour of the airline staff.
If they would have been more helpful I could have boarded the flight.
