I travel a lot... a real lot... at least 3 days a week up down from Mumbai. Which means I take at least 6 flights a week. My office usually books Indigo (really efficient) but sometimes due to timing I have to Fly go air. I HAVE NOT FLOWN A SINGLE GO AIR FLIGHT WITHOUT , SOME SORT OF A PROBLEM. Sometimes its not on time, mostly its not on time, sometimes the aircrafts are really bad, the phone staff is always rude, the food is really really bad and the stewards and stewardesses are the worst in the industry.
The reason I am posting this review is that I had a meeting today in Delhi at 9 PM. Hence my office booked the 5:15 departure flight. I got a message in the morning saying that the flight is delayed by 45 mins. I thot ok. 2 hours ago (1 PM) I got a message saying that I is 1.5 hours delayed.
I was in the process of cancelling my flight and called my office and in the meanwhile I got another message saying the flight will now depart at 8:00 PM. What kind of nonsense behavior is this. Completely rescheduling flights at their own convenience is something I have not experienced by any other airline.
PLEASE DISCOURAGE THIS AIRLINE FROM DOING WELL.
