This is regarding to GO AIR Cancellation Policy.
The Airline offers a Credit note to its customers and asks them to Book/travel again.
The airline’s cancellation policy is not so freindly. Air deccan’s policy is good and we get the amount returned back to the Creditcard if we cancel.
GOAIR also retains the Tax amount Rs 221 and this amount is not returned to customer.
I wonder why they retain the TAX Amount if the consumer or customer is not travelling.
I hope GO Air will change its policy to return the fares which it have collected as basic or tax.
The Flight is on TIME ( punctual ) and the Crew is freindly and Good.
As a LCC - they sell Snacks - which we welcome !!
