This is my third journey with Go air. Luggage was 2.5 km extra, charged me Rs 750/-, that’s fine but the rascals on the counter made me wait a good 15-20 minutes plus howling back for questioning the same. This airline is very bad. Only use it when you have no other option
My second journey with "go air"- On the first flight their crew tried to offer extra luggage for few hundred bucks. In this the story is regarding service. Flight from pune- bangalore, their check-in counter opens 15-20 minutes before baggage screen& enjoy watching travellers carrying all the luggage back. The baggage staff" especially a person who seemed nothing short of a street goon is so arrogant that he let you know that we all live in their mercy. Bad company with cheap staff with no training. I am a jet previlage member& use indigo also for travel. Better dump this flight or you will find yourself dumped.
