I believe GoAir has been able to establish a brand name. On a frequent basis, I fly with these guys because of the price difference, a major selling point for them. The flights have departed and arrived on time, for me. As far as the operational and technical delays are concerned, it can happen with even the best airlines. The cabin staff seemed courteous and helpful.
The only advice to travelers is that either eat something at the airport or do what I usually do, have a proper meal before leaving for the airport.
