I had a truly absurd incident for the flisght from Mumbai to Delhi ticket of 23.10 PM on Mumbai Airport.
I
was issued the boarding pass for the following flight and after
security check I was waiting for the announcement to board on the
plane. I was just sitting in front of Go Air Desk and due to some fever
I got little nap. When I woke up it was already 23.30 and my plane was
gone and I was still having boarding pass.
When I contacted to staff they just canceled my pass and left me out of security check without any clarification or assistance.
The
rule is to check for every passenger waiting to board before flight
goes off. I was issued boarding pass so that means Go Air had my
details, but no staff member even took any pain to check whether I am
around or not. I mean what sort of customer care your are providing.
The person issued with boarding pass cannot leave anywhere so they just
assumed that I was evaporated somewhere. This is utmost level of
carelessness and complete disregard of customer care. From my past
experience, I know that other airlines staff look for passengers issued
with boarding pass but I didnt know that " Go Air" will be such a mean,
immature and unprofessional flight service.
I demand my air fare to be returned back otherwise I will be compelled to take further legal steps.
