The ground and the in-flight staff are OK. But the feel comes to be very ordinary, as even the uniform of the staff is quite uninspiring.
The airport transfer cabs are extremely pathetic. Punctuality is so-so but not bad. In-flight paid food is good and cost reasonable. During my lone flight on this carrier the captain of the aircraft was one Mr. K S Rai. I am afraid he was either drunk or simply did not know flying.
All the time the aircraft kept on changing altitudes, precariously swaying from one angle to another. The hassled passengers wore a sigh of relief when the aircraft finally safely landed; but by then nearly all of them had felt huge nausea and severe ear pain. The airlines may be better avoided in favor of other low cost carriers like SpiceJet and Indigo, if one values his/her life. Low cost does not mean the cost of life is low. Isn’t it!
