Ticket cancelled without my consent

On 1st June at 11.15 pm, I booked my flight ticket on https://goair.in/ to go to Delhi from Bangalore for next day. Within 5 minutes of ticket booking, I got a confirmation mail about my booking. Next day when I reached to airport they told me that my ticket was cancelled by me at 9 am on same day, while I did not cancel the ticket. After cancellation, I did not get any mail from goair about the same. Their policy says that they will not send any mail after cancellation.


I don’t know what’s the meaning of this policy. On airport they gave me a voucher after deducting 750 Rs. from my 5000 Rs. that can be used for my next flight, while I don’t want to use their services now. I called their customer care to know the ip address that was used to cancel my ticket and they are saying that they don’t have any information about IP Address.


The customer care lady also told me that they have lots of other flights to manage, so they can’t send mail or sms after ticket cancellation and after listening those words I had nothing to say. It means either she don’t know that it’s the work of their computer system or she don’t know anything about Information Technology. Even the tone of that lady was showing that they don’t care about their customers. Their online booking site is also not user friendly. They only have option for booking and rescheduling but no option to see the details and status of my ticket.
