I am so sorry to write a review about this Go Air domestic flights. Last year I went through this service from bangalore to Delhi. Only one time only I went through this flight.
For me it was not a good experience. We took ticket through online on Monday morning at 11.30. We reached airport at the sharp time. But the flight was canceled and postponed to the next day.
They told should refund the money. For get back my cash I ran many times. On that day their website was not working and I call them but they rejected my call.
However I waited until next day and got the flight. But inside flight their approach to the passengers was really pathetic. I asked some water to the Air hostess. But they took more time and gave me the water in a spoiled glass.
The spacing space is good enough. But the seats are dirty and damaged one.
Overall this was a worst experience for me. I won’t recommend others to go by this flight.
