This is a pathetic flight. I don’t know why aviation ministry has allowed such companies to operate. their license should be cancelled. They don’t have enough options, even flights are cancelled frequently. And in that case, they do not respond to customer’s queries. They simply provide options for next day or like that. This is very unprofessional way of operating in such a critical sector. Moreover in past I have travelled with Go air and they are not following safety rules also.
Advice to Aviation ministry: Cancel license of Go Air.
Advice to Customers: Never go for go air. If you dont have any other option for your travel than also this is not the solution as they will cancel you flight and leave you such condition where you can not do anything. In simple words, It is not a travel solution, but it is a headache.
