Snobbish arrogant customer service!

I have never had such a bad experience on air than this.


At first, there was no announcement as to what time the boarding will start or through which gate. Finally, when boarding did start, the tickets were snatched from our hands in a huff !


Then, the air hostess kept me waiting for half an hour for a glass of water just because she was busy selling food stuff to other customers!


I swear not to take this airline ever again! I have travelled with all the airlines - both low cost as well as premium, but the problem with these guys is more to do with atittude than mismanagement.
