Scope for improvement

Hello friends, had an occasion to travel a low cost airline for the first time dated June 12, 2006 and here’s my review of the same.


as my title says it all that it has done a good job overall from flight check-in to boarding to well, there is not much in flight service to talk about due to its’ low cost nature but they do try to sell u stuff incase you are interested. The onboard flight attendents have a visually pleasing uniform unlike the very, very bright red color worn by KF crew.


fortunately flight was not much delayed but I can expect things to go quite wrong from passengers point of view and inconvenience and all that if at all flight is delayed or canceled and customer support not being able to do enough to help the stranded or inconvenienced passenger. But if all goes well expect a pleasant experience all in all.


Bottom line: not a bad airline at all so GO for it!!!!!!!!
