How not to run an airline

The other day I was waiting to catch my flight to Pune from Delhi air port. Well, I had almost 3 hours to spare as I had arrived much earlier than required. I was sittting just in front of the GO Air counter. The check in was the most unprofessional that I had seen any where. To start the staff went on asking all passengers to make a beeline to the counter. Only one baggage check machine was functioning, yet there were 3 seperate lines. The attendents were at their wits end. Tempers were flying high. In a short while things came to such a pass that any moment a fight could explode. To make matters worse, the attendents started arguing among themselves about how to cope with the situation. Just looking at the mess one could make out that the staff were very inexperienced. It requires experience and split second decision making ability to be a success in any kind of competitive business. But the way the situation was allowed to deteriorate, I am sure GO AIR IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE BUT DOWNHILL.
