Hire staff who have the basic human decency at least. Even rural bus agencies have better staff when it comes to courtesy and professionalism then these bunch of hooligans who they call "ground staff". In one case, I saw a ground staff at boarding, literally screaming at a frail old couple. Had I not been in an airport, I would have smacked these goons well behind their ears.
In another, I got a call brashly screaming in the call saying that my father who was the passenger had not reached gate. After frantic calls, I later found that he had reached well before time and was aboard the plane, but they called the wrong number below the list.
Sometimes I doubt that they even know how to read or write. Dumb*Ducks.
