Worst airline ever..its cheap in every way. from ground staff to the flight attendants none have the slightest idea about being in the service industry. I was flying from Bombay to Chandigarh, went to the checking counter on time..was told my bags are overweight, so I moved out to move a few things from my bag to my hand baggage...there was a huge queue all over again(obviously due to the slow ground staff)..I was smart enough to take my boarding pass in the first encounter at the check in.
Now when I get back the female staff(north-eastern looking) tells me she cant accept my bag as i’m late plus I cant board the plane as well. I told her I have the boarding pass...to my surprise she says I was late..I told them I’ve been standing in the bloody queue and I have the boarding pass..very rudely they start discussing about me on my face with each other!!!
After that they tell me to rush and that they are not sure if my bag can be put on the plane plus they just have center seat for me whereas when I enter the plane they have plenty of aisle seats...in the whole jiffy I forget my laptop bag at the security check luckily without my laptop in it!!! Now when I enter the plane they tell me where were you the flight is late because of you!!! I was extremely irritated by then.All that done while landing they make an announcement to let the "business class" passengers to get off first!!! Who in the world does that??? heights of being a ridiculous airline to the core!!! The funniest part was that their business class apparently (haha) is the first two rows...its like the front seat in a car which they try to sell for 2500 rupees. I don’t mind paying more and having a comfortable 3 hours flight than to suffer with this cheap airline ever again!!!
