Ombudsman Intervention Needed for GoDigit Claim

My car was recently totaled in an accident. I filed a claim with GoDigit Car Insurance two months ago, expecting a smooth resolution. Unfortunately, the claim process was riddled with delays.


Despite contacting their grievance team, their initial settlement offer felt unfair. It fell short of the full invoice value for my car. Due to the significant delay and unsatisfactory offer, I was forced to involve the Insurance Ombudsman.


Thankfully, the Ombudsman ruled in my favor, directing GoDigit to settle the claim for the full invoice value. While I’m hopeful for a swift resolution now, this experience highlights the delays and challenges I faced with GoDigit’s claim settlement process.
