I have trying to book a holiday from last 2 weeks. First thing , they don’t respond to your email quickly, after sending multiple reminders, they respond with silly reasons like , they don’t have hotel list for year yet and keep delaying things.
The phone number provided in their email address is never reachable, i ask them to contact me and they never called back. I am feeling i am being duped and lost my hard earned money.
