Guys don’t go for membership. I paid for membership. They would promise big things. I am following up for 9 months now for my gym membership, Palace on wheels, but nothing was provided. Not a single event pass. Worst part is they never call you back, you need to keep following up. They have only number I. Pune office so you keep on calling them
(STD calls). Their customer support person name Meghal is rude, doesn’t know how to handle calls. She is so stupid she would say you need to trust us, she doesn’t remember to call back and simply reply " I forgot". That’s their usual practice. Next time when we call you need to repeat all problem
Again and she would respond casually can u email, and trust us we would resolve bla bla. . Guys don’t sign up Don’t waste your money
