Pathetic experience on my first trip to Shimla

I have ask Go Leisure people to plan my trip to shimla, Kullu and Manali. I ask for trip plan they have share just simple plan which I can get in internet also and no one come at shimla bus stand to pick up and drop also. they have just booked hotel from MMT and all hotel are not as per the our expectation. they have take more then 2Lac just for book the hotel which I can also book. No guide, no cab, no guidance of the places. and at the time of selling the package committed lot of thing. Total Wast of Money.
