It is fraud company

Me having very bad experience With Go leisure international people. I enrolled for 5 year plan. Gym for 2 people was part of package. During enrollment they committed that talwakar gym across India can be enroll. when I visisted Gym branch at Hyderabad they denied they even dont know about Go leisure . after two month fight with Go leisure people they given me 14000/ cheque for gym and committed it will be given for next 4 year. when I contacted then in january and they denied it. they even not replying to mail. They dont have customer complaint handling mechanism. First year for tour they given worst room and room photographs also share to go Lesiure team. they even not bother about replying it and understanding concern.

I am thinking to take legal option and if anyboy having similar concern please contact me. find out people so we collectively can do something for whaterver fraud they did with us

I will not recommend to anybody. dont trust good reviewed on website they all fabricated by them

Dear Mr Ramhari shindeSTOP MISGUIDING OTHERS ELSE LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN . GO LEISURE INTERNATIONAL IS GENUINE BRAND & WILL LAWAYS REMAIN THE SAME . We have been serving more than 9,000 happy families since years but we haven't seen a member like you , first of all you must have not understood the concept because the way you are portraying it , which is totally opposite . We haven't made any false promises to any family & we have never entertained anyone doing the same . The ownership which you have taken is for you & your family husband & wife n kids, still we have served your first vacation for 11 adults & the room you are talking about was selected by you , if you want we can share the screenshot of the mail demanding the room type by you . Second benefit which you are talking about is totally free along with the holidays , you are not paying anything for the same still we give our best to serve you with best possible brand & so we are associated with best brands of the city . We gave you the cheque which was against gym service to utilise the gym not to utilise the money but you are thinking that you should get paid even if you are not going to the gym , which is not at possible as we have promised you service not the amount or any financial transactions . This is not If you would have been genuine at your part you would have accepted the cheque which we are ready to give you by the gym name & about particular brand on which GO LEISURE has a right whether to give it or not , it is mentioned in the agreement . so we won't be giving you cheques anymore against the service which you are not using .STOP MISGUIDING OTHERS . Do visit the nearest branch to understand the concept & its benefits again , we will be happy to explain it to you & we will be more happy to serve you with best possible services . We are there for you , we are with you .
