Let me first thank you for making my summer vacations awesome due to your promt accommodation bookings for me in 4* hotels in Ooty n Mysore n 5* hotel in Bangalore.
The hotels like Gem Park in Ooty n Fortune Select JP Cosmos were superb.Regaalis in Mysore though 4* was not up to mark or satisfaction.
Me n my family really enjoyed a lot at these hotels n destinations but one thing which is mentioned in your agreement that you should had to add complimentary pick up n drop facility to airport was not mentioned by you in your mails or confirmation vouchers n I had to pay a heafty amount for that in Hotel Fortune Sight JP Cosmos in Bangalore. Why.? Also there is mentioned in agreement that you should had to provide sight seeing at nominal charges but you didn’t mention it either.otherwise it vud had added five stars to your service if you vud had mentioned these privileges in your mails n confirmation vouchers.
Expecting the same not to happen in future again by you n look forward to get your club benefits again as n when required.
