Go Processing Limited is a service provider for Mobile recharges, DTH recharges, Bill Payments and Mini ATM, RAILWAY TICKET, etc.
On April 2nd 2018, I got a call from goprocessing team member, He told his name Md Javed, He offer me for distributionship, and explain me a good business opportunities and told me great features and benefits, and the amount is just 25000, which is refundable. I got convince and Make a payment for distributionship on same day.
He gave me distributor Go ID
After that, he told me there will be an agreement process, in which you have to send me shop address and address proof, PAN Card and id proof,
Due to some personal reason, and need of money for shop/office lease, I wish not to start this business, so I request Md javed to cancel distributionship and refund me money on may 05 2018, On that day there was not even agreement process was complete for service start.
Im calling Md javed numerous of times to ask refund, but he is not answering call, from 4 months. I got no refund yet, not even goprocessing support is transferring call to javed.
when I sent them mail for refund, In response im getting that my business is non-performance so no refund for me. Here what type of business should I do with that company without completing agreement.
