I planned my Goa trip with my wife in October, We took flight from Delhi and landed Goa in approx 2 hours.From airport we had book a taxi to Vasco from where we had to took our bike. It was 45 km drive from Vasco to the heart of Goa we took one Suzuki access on which we easily reached Tito’s lane in 1 hour. Our resort was Nazri resort which was quite attractive an reasonable to stay.
It was a 5 days trip in which we visited all major beaches liek Baga, Calangute, Anjuna Condolim etc and played many water sports including the jetty ride to watch dolphins. I agree most of the water sports are costly but people happily paid them due to huge rush for the water games.
One whole day we kept for old Goa like Panji where many ancient churches can be seen, some of them are even 1000 years old.
In terms of safety we felt Goa is one of the safest spot for tourism, the city as well as beaches are full of crowd whole night .Police were very active and we never heard any kind of issues. Our 5 days flew in seconds, we enjoyed a lot and came with memorable experiences. I would suggest if you are going Goa then go with only guy friends else go with only your girl.
