Goa in particular is a small state. It’s capital city is Panjim. Famous for its sunny beaches and couple of forts tourists come here to enjoy ambience of peaceful sandy beaches. The night life in goa never fails to astound. For my recent trip to Goa, here’s my review:
- Accessibilty:
FLIGHTS: You can catch regular flights from Delhi and Mumbai in India
TRAINS: Trains run from Mumbai to Madgaon, a small city near Panjim from where you have to travel 17-18 kms to reach Panjim.
Taxi: After reaching Madgaon you can hire a taxi to reach Panjim.
- Accomodation:
Depending on your budget, you can book hotels on goibibo for which you can avail offers on various hotels. Hotels with pools and spectacular beach side view are also available.
- Mode of travel:
You can rent scooters to sportsbikes like ktm dukes to royal enfield to roam around the city. You can rent scooters for 300/day to royal enfield 800/day.
Many tourists prefer to walking to shop around the city and enjoy the climate.
4.Sight-seeing:
BEACHES: There are many beaches:
Calingute
Anjuna
Senquirium

Vagator
Of the above tourists prefer the Anjuna beach for sunbathing as it is quiet and less crowdy
Vagator and Calingute beach are also good.
Baga beach is busiest at night for shack dinner and nightlife

Aguada fort is near Senquirium beach and Chapora is near Vagator.
One can enjoy windy sunny climate at the fort and breathtaking Sunrise and Sunsets.

Beware as its a tourist place its the capital for frauds
