I was travelling from Patna to Bangaluru on 25-Oct-2020 and when I reached the Airport I could come to know that my flight has been cancelled and they were only able to give me a flight for 26-Oct.
As I came all the way from Katihar(300KMS) by train to catch the flight @ Patna, these guys were not able to listen to me. Anyway I managed to get my ticket cancelled - which they said that they have processed full refund but I lost 1000 INR when I received the money in my Bank Account.
I booked a ticket with GoIbibo and came back to Bangalore the same day. But I have taken oath as never to fly with GoAir.
The Sorry state was seen over there where the illetrate migrant workers were also requesting them that they didn’t get any SMS or Call for this flight re-schedule and in the name of the next flight they were trying to charges them 1200 INR more which was very unprofessional.,
