I ordered a factory seconds phone(HTC Desire 600c) from Gobol, which cost me at a price for Rs 24, 499 after discount(https://gobol.in/htc-desire-600c-black.html). Not a bad deal, if I’m buying a branded phone at a flat 28% discount. At the time of delivery, I received a nicely wrapped and packaged product, but later it turned into a shocking surprise for me as soon I opened the box and noticed a few scratches on the back panel of the phone at its first glance. OMG… for a while I stood numb and thought I was befooled by these guys. Immediately I thought calling the customer support team for this issue, but this intends to be normal for them as if they handle such cases frequently…
After forwarding the call to a senior Customer Executive named Akash, he then meticulously guided me about the Factory Seconds products that slight damages might occur on the exterior of the product but assured for no impact on the functioning of the electronic. In addition to that, he described me about the “7 days No Question Replacement policy” to judge the electronic, which I found that it was my mistake that I didn’t read the product description profoundly - provided on the web page. Well, it has been more than 3 weeks after the discussion and I was thoroughly convinced by that guy that the phone has no flaw in its functioning. Getting scared for the product was genuine at the first time, but seeing huge discount and genuine support by the customer team retain my attention.
So I would not mind buying branded stuff at huge discounts from Gobol….
