Moderate Product Quality & Horrible Customer Care.

I placed an order for Sony Xperia Z1 and they have more than 5 units in stock and the payment was made in advance. The customer care representative called me to confirm my order and he promised that he will send it today itself. Two days later I called the customer care and told them I need it urgently.


The customer representative said that my parcel is going to be packed and will dispatch it soon. But they did not send me my parcel on that day. I called them again on next day afternoon and asked the reason for non dispatchment. I told that I don’t want their product if they fail to send today itself.


Result: They failed and I cancelled the order.


The customer care service is very poor and the executives don’t know how to deal with customers. They don’t have manners to talk. Their website didn’t provide any information about the power bank. I called them to ask for clarification. In reply they said that it is given in the website. I asked them are you teasing me? I said that there is no details about the free power bank is provided in the website. I told them to check your website and don’t reply without checking.They don’t have manners to talk.


Their attitude is "buy if you need."
