I ordered a Philips hair Straightener from Gobol which was a carton damaged product. Though I was informed before purchase that the product’s carton would be damaged, but the product will be functioning well.
When I received the deliverable, I noticed that the charging plug was broken-down. Same day I sent a request for replacement of the straightener as it was in 7-day replacement policy.
After trying for almost a couple of hours, the customer service finally picked up the phone and assured me the replacement. The pick-up guy came 3 days after the placing request and it took around 10 days in the replacement process.
After so much of hassle, the best part was that I received a genuine product this time. Though my first shopping experience with Gobol was not really good, but the lucrative discounts may tempt me again to buy from them.
