Hey it was on Mouthshut that I first read about Gobol and curious to know about refurbished & factory seconds stuff I landed up at their site https://gobol.in/ . To my surprise there were brands like samsung, panasonic, whirpool, LG etc at an attractive price.
I ordered one Refurbished Samsung Wave II S8530 at flat 53% discount https://gobol.in/mobile-and-accessories/Samsung-wave-ii-s8530-metallic-black.html. For next 2-3 days nothing happened no call or intimation at email.
With frustration I called their customer cell and they requested a callback. After couple of hours when I received their call they confirmed the delivery on next day. But product quality is poor for the product.
will not recommend.
