Not Great

I started reading this book as I received it as a gift. I would have read it anyway since it had been recommended by so many people. I was a wee bit disappointed with this book. Maybe because of the hype my expectations were much higher and so not met. Had this been a book unheard of, I would say its good.

I did not find anything so interesting as described by so many. But yes the language used was good and delicate matter dealt well. The writing style is good but story line not impressive.

It may make a good reading for lot of people but not something that has made a great impact on me. Yes the book is certainly a tribute to Kerela and its natural beauty and I am sure has helped in making Kerala a very popular tourist destination to foreigners.

Overall the book has not left me with great memories and I am not sure about what to comment on the story ending.
