Their servers are most of time slow. most of the time overloaded.
there customer service is useless. From 1 week I am trying to get my one simple but important problem solved and these useless support people have no idea what I am speaking. Almost 20 times I have explained my issue to different useless person there and still they have not solved the issue. Infact they have changed my website setting left and right and now other things are also not working. Totally uncooperative and 3rd class hosting and support.
