I have setup every domain on auto-renewal. Their system didnt work and the same domain I was forced to buy back from them for 10x the price.
Their support really doesnt give a damn about the customer. I would be slowly migrating all my business away from them. Be careful about their auto-renewals.
It just doesnt work. My domain expired and some how I can only rebuy from Godaddy. They put this in some kind of inactive state and get people to pay 10x. Great way to increase margins! Crooks and cheats. Use other provders.
