These guys claim that they have got award wining service but I m sorry to say they don’t even have a support. For any technical problem support will keep ur call on hold for 30 mins(minimum) and then they will say please call our US technical team and do the online chat with them. their US team will never answer your online chat as no one will be available. after running around for 2-3 days they will give u solution like delete the cookie and try again if login is not working which is ridiculous.
Never ever take their vps hosting otherwise you will spend ur time n energy chasing them rather than focussing on ur work/business.I CHASED THEM FOR 10 DAYS AND CANCELLED IT ON BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO LOGIN WITH ROOT PATHETIC.Don’t buy from them there are many professional and better providers.
