We have a AC from godrej purchased in 2006. The ac have frequent breakdown require many many services. The service technician come and take the signature from house and do not explain the correct reason. This is happening for the past 3 years.
The service technicians are changing so frequent that they do not know anything about the product. I have send the complaint to the National level service Manager Mr.Ravi. But no response from him too. Finally I could get the number of Kerala region service Manager and expecting immediate action.
