I am residing in Palakkad district and I buy 1 air conditioner from Das Agencies on last march. For the last 15 days the AC is not working properly.
The service personal came and checked the complaint. They said one the spare parts damaged and is to claim. They said it will take 1 week time. Now I am contacting daily for the last 15 days.
No response from the service people and they always telling that the particular part is not available and it will take some more time.
The AC which I buy is a latest model and for that they don’t have the spare part, it is shame to the company and there is no value for the product.
