I had purchased a Godrej 1.5T Split Ac three years ago, and that was my mistake to go with Godrej. It had worked for One year only and from next year onwards my bad experience with Godrej starts. Last year I had booked the complaint with Godrej customer care and after regular calling 10-10 times daily for around 15 days I got my AC in working condition.
They had refilled the Gas and gave me a guarantee of 3 months, it worked ok for 2.5 month and problem starts again. When I again complaint the Customer Care, they told me that they will again charge 450 for visiting charges. Some how I manage to complete that year. This year I again faced the same problem and had given a complaint on customer care no. on 26-April-2011. I am regulary calling the customer care no., the engineer of Godrej but all in vain till now (dt. 04-May-11). Every time I call them, they had only one stupid excuse that today it will be done as the engineer is on the way to my home.
I SUGGEST EACH AND EVERY ONE NOT TO BUY GODREJ AC EVEN IF THEY PROVIDE IT FREE OF COST.
