Please Do not buy Godrej Washing machines.very bad product performance and also no proper service available.they had outsourced to third parties and they are not at all interested in proper resolution.
particularly this model is withdrawn by the company and they are not even providing the spares for this product they had sold.! They charge 350+ taxes for service engineer visit and then they are saying there is no spare available by the company.this washing machine I had bought for 35K and now they are saying sell this model and buy new one.with exchange of Rs 2K for the older one. I do not understand if Godrej had found this product faulty and withdrawn from market.why don’t they call of existing customers whom they had sold it and taken back the product? just not selling anymore and not providing the spares and service for the product they had sold is as good as cheating the customer who had relied on the Godrej brand name.
