Hi friends My friend purchased Godrej’s window AC in year 2012 and since it is in good l journey continues. Last year he took godrej’;s AMC service and paid around 4000 INR.
Now this year, my AC again stopped cooling, he called customer care, they said that they need to fill the gas and they will not charge for it but coil is damagaed and it needs to be replaced and for that he have to pay 3000 INR .
In last 4 yearsheI already spent more than 5, 000 . So heI would suggest not to buy Godrej’s AC as their parts are not good and maintenance cost is too high
