I was working in Godrej & boyce mfg co ltd(mumbai) as an admin assistant for the HR department.
And believe it or not but those 3 months of mine were pathetic. Initially I was quiet happy to join such a huge organization, I thought I would get to learn many new things bit everything was opposite t what I thought.
They literally made me do all the donkey work and sometimes treated like a peon asking to distribute stationery, clean and arrange the files in the cupboard and to add more to it I being a temporary employee on third party pay roll, I had no desk assigned . Literaaly you had to sit anywhere with no proper chairs and bear the pressure and back pain. So its my advice esp to freshers don’t get carried away and if they offer you a temp job as admin assistant don’t accept it. It would not result in growth but stunt your growth factor. All the best
