I have been using Godrej Refrigerator since 2014. I have faced so cheap service of Godrej. 1st question why I used Godrej service so much. I have actually two products one is Refrigerator and other is Fully automatic washing machine. Both the product worked well in warranty period of one year. But after that both the appliance are having too much of problems. My Fridge compressor, Gas problem(faced in every six months till now), Freezer, Capillary. All the components are almost changed.
What to say, even washing machine PCB(Automatic System) is not working properly even after completely changed the PCB, Overall Godrej Products didn’t satisfy at all. Right now I am really sick of the Godrej Service Staff behavior and electronic appliances. Every year I am facing continuous issue to my appliances.
