I bought 2 nos. Goderj EDGE Direct Cool Refrigerators. As an Indian I feel that I shld buy Indian products. But Godrej proved me wrong. You shld always buy LG or Samsung or similar product bt never an Indian one.
Initially the product performed fine. Bt after a couple of months the defrosted water started leaking and messed the floor. Also when the compressor shuts off, it creates an irritating sound. After complaining an executive visited my place.But the problem remains. And for Godrej the problem is solved.
This is about my 1st refrigerator. Now 2nd one is my other house. No executive visited my house. One Mr. Souvik Ganguly. Appliance Service, Pune branch personally mailed me regarding my complaint. Bt it was decided by the company tht the problem is solved, and that also without examining the faulty product. Again some executive Mr. Gujar called & promised me some ACTION. But FUSKA BAR.
Now I am with 2 faulty refrigerator. Wht to do ? NEVER BUY ANY GODREJ PRODUCT. Kickass company. Third class products.
