We have purchased this stupid fridge around 3 years back and this is like a punishment for us.
As soon as a year passed, the cooling stopped and the fridge started making noise, when we called up the customer care they informed that the warranty period is over and the service is chargeable.
We fought to the top level, written mails but nothing happened, left with no other option we had to pay for repair charges.
After 6 months again there was a problem and we had to again call a technician which was of course chargeable. Now planning to get rid of this fridge.
Surprisingly the customer care people and the top authorities don’t even bother to reply to mails or to solve the problem. If you are leading a peaceful life and want to disturb your life a bit go for this fridge.
