I brought the product on 2011.Before the completion of 1 year the cooling of the fridge lost.. I called the supporting staffs and they came and did some thing and it worked without any complaints for another 9 months. Last week the product again got some problem and I called the local service center and there is no positive response from their side.
Each day I call them they tell me that they will definitely come on the next day. May be they are not considering my call sine I didn’t gave a complaint to the company’s toll free number..What ever this product really sucks..
