I purchased Godrej Washing Machine Model 6001PPI and During warranty period, 2 times motor burns.
Godrej’s technician took my machine before 35 days but still I have not received. whenever I call him, he only reply that motor is not available with Godrej. I called their customer service also and they only made me wait for a long and gave a number.
When I called that number, they again refer to same technician’s number. Godrej doesn’t provide after sells service. The worst service center I have come across. No response to your queries, complaints and they will only give you wrong numbers who will never solve your problems and further will give you a new number...
Never buy any Godrej product. Product may be good but what is the meaning if you can’t get it repaired in proper time.
