I purchased Godrej AC in 26th May of 2008 and first day the AC was not working after when the technician installed gone. Then we called and they send the person in two days , did something ( I don’t know and said only the it happens sometimes we said ok...
Then again after 3 or 4 days the ac stopped cooling then we called the dealer and when the technician came he said only Voltage problem, it happens.. we said ok.. but this time when ac stopped working ( around 22nd May ) I was out of country, after coming back on 8th June I contacted the dealer and at the tool free number of company and resister a complaint at the number 284983 , no one cared for it. After repeated calls to dealer and company 2 persons came on 12th and declared that compressor is not working and it is because if voltage problem.
I said them to replace one cause there has been problem from the day 1... so the person said "aapke yahan par light ki kam voltage aati hai isliye hota hai" and so after that time I am waiting for them . When I contact with company , person says that ‘ Abhi compressor hamare stock me nahi ha, jab aaye ga bhijva dege’ ... and now only this is the start of 2th season for AC and I am disposing it off.. and waiting for mechanics……….
