I have worked in godrej for 3 years in sales in some other division(not appliances) and from my experience wud say that IT IS LIKE THIS ONLY IN GODREJ.
Godrej does not know what customer focus is.....even if someone in godrej tries to help customer.........no support from organisation ..people are insensitive to customer.....I as a sales manager have felt such embarassing moments when customer’s expectations were not fulfilled....Mr ghosh has not experienced the AFTER SALES SERVICE...it is further more worse...
I had seen all this things there in godrej and believe me I did not buy even a single appliance--my fridge, washing machine, AC from godrej (though I could get employee discount) just to think of the nightmare I may have to go for after sales service of Godrej.
My simple suggestions to all :
First of all...do not make mistake of buying a Godrej product --whatever category it is.....specially appliances.....go for brands like samsung(I personally have very good experience with samsung-excellent quality and superb service.)
